Fast Forward is 15 sessions in length (one session/week). It doesn’t just provide you with tips and guidelines on how to be a mentor, or what to expect from a mentor/mentee relationship, Fast Forward models mentoring in a group setting.
Fast Forward will show you how we can open our lives to others at a more meaningful level than most people have ever intentionally experienced.
Fast Forward will model the ability to:
Appreciate what God has done for you
Enjoy a deeper awareness of God’s presence with you
Appreciate other people, their uniqueness, and their giftings
Be genuinely known, appreciated and liked by others
Learn new strategies for conflict resolution
Be affirmed
Build relational equity
Draw from the resources of others that you trust, who know you and want the best for you
These abilities — these life skills are synonymous with relational wealth. Living with these abilities is living in relational abundance.

Who is Rick McGuire
Having spent a total of 37 years in tough, strenuous, violent environments such as the world’s largest walled prison, a facility nicknamed “O-Stab-Away,” and over 16 other correctional institutions, I learned resilience and perseverance even when facing daunting situations and circumstances.
My experiences have taught me invaluable lessons about the importance of exhibiting a confident attitude, determination, and embracing challenges as opportunities for achieving success.
For nearly 50 years I have been committed to inspiring and empowering people worldwide to overcome obstacles and become the best versions of themselves.
I strive to be a positive role model, letting my story be a testament to the fact that no matter WHAT you’ve THOUGHT, WHAT you’ve FELT, WHAT you’ve SAID, WHAT you’ve DONE, WHO you WERE, WHO you ARE, WHERE you’re FROM, or WHERE you’re AT, you have the RIGHT, the POWER, and the ABILITY to rise above it ALL……and SUCCEED.
